Payment
Payment for our service is due upon pickup. We accept cash , check or credit card ( Visa, Master card) Credit cards will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee to your total. Check return fee is $50.00
When you order is complete we will notify you to pick up your order at that time you will have 72 hour untill storage will apply. Storage fee will be $10 per day per cart used.
Blue Ridge Meats pricing is subject to change without notice.
Scheduling
Scheduling is critical to our operation and requires commitment from our customers. If you schedule an appointment and do not show up, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee and will be required to pay for your spot at your next appointment.
We typically book out 3 to 5 months in advance, so please plan your time!

A little more information
Cut Sheets
We provide cut sheets for each animal available online or in-house for your convenience. All cut sheets need to be filled out and signed prior to scheduling your cut date. The cut sheet should be dropped off with your animals on the day they arrive. Beef cut sheets should be in-house within 5 days.
YOU ANIMALS WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE CUT SCHEDULE UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR SIGNED AND COMPLETED CUT SHEET.
Finished Order
Upon completion of your order, we will notify you by phone and or email that your order is ready. If you have further processed items ( Smoked, Cooked, Ready to eat ), additional time will be required to fully process your order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your time schedule, but we can not guarantee we can have all finished for a one-trip pick up.
Last minute Orders
Rush orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis and dependent on our current workflow. Rush orders will incur additional charges.
