"When I stopped by Blue Ridge Meats during the week they had really been cleaned out on the weekend and there wasn't much to choose from. So I grabbed some burger and some milk and then Lois remembered she had some steaks in the cooler that were ordered but not picked up.
Someone's loss was certainly my gain, because dinner the next night was absolutely the best NY strip I've ever had in my life. I made Steak au Poivre and ate it with a standard table knife.
